  • If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of you receiving your goods. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

    • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons) are non-refundable

    • Personalised & Bespoke items are non-refundable

    • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

    • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

    For the returns process, please complete the following steps:

    • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • We will respond to confirm your refund and the refund address, please then send this back within 14 days of our refund confirmation email.

    • The buyer is responsible for the return postage (unless the item is faulty). We would advise to send by a trackable method. Upon receiving your return we will check the item is in it's original condition and a refund will be made to your original payment method.

    • We cannot be held responsibile for returns that are lost or damaged.
